    Hey everyone,

    I'm using Dynamics CRM 2013 code and instructions from this site [http://www.crmsoftwareblog.com/2014/04/how-to-standardize-telephone-numbers-with-javascript-in-microsoft-dynamics-crm/] to format the phone number,  however when I attempt to enter a number on the form I get the following error.   Any help would be appreciated.

    Field:fax

    Event:onchange

    Error:undefined
