Error to login in MCP site RRS feed

  • Hi Guys,

    I have a problem when logging in to mcp.microsoft.com . the error is as follow:

    Unfortunately, we were not able to complete this transaction. Some of the information may be missing or incorrect. Please verify your MC ID and access code (be sure to delete any blank spaces when cutting and pasting), and then try again.

    I have tried to login via firefox, IE 9 and 11 . one more thing, I received an email containing MC ID code but where should i find Access code?

    For these types of issues, please contact the regional service center for your country/region. Please have your MC ID available and the email address that you use to access the site. They should be able to help you regain access.
