    hi, i have a question, i want to install Windows live onecare, but the computer do not support the operating system, say tha i need sp2 (32-bit versions only) how can i istall that progam or what can i do to install windows live onecare, the version that my computer have is version 6.0 (build 6002: service pack 2, v. 113

    Install OneCare from http://onecare.live.com by choosing the trial. Activate your subscription with the retail key and your LiveID or just the LiveID if this is an install on another PC for an existing subscription.
    OneCare will install on 32 bit XP SP2 or later and Vista 32 bit or 64 bit. However, older installation CDs for OneCare may not run on Vista, or even XP SP3.
