I have developed a portal for case management in CRM 2011, based on the Customer Portal. Everything is working fine except for attaching files. I can attach files through the portal and access them through the CRM 2011 UI, but when i try to open
them through the portal they are trying to be opened from '_entity/annotation/GUID of attachment'. Is it possible to open attachments or should i just hide these from being displayed on the portal?
