Hi,
Thanks for your response and help.
I want to upgrade SQL Server 2008 R2 to SQL Server 2012 in CRM 2011, service pack SP10 Update Rollup on server Windows server Enterprise R2, SP1. I came to know that there is known issue as explained below.
- After upgrading to Microsoft SQL Server 2012 you will need to reinstall the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions. The custom binaries do not get brought over during the
upgrade so the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions need to be reinstalled.
The CRM 2011 SRS component installer fails with the error: Column
‘DatacenterId’ does not exist on table Server. There appear to be 2 versions of
the CRM install packages (RTM, and RTM + Rollup 6). If you try to use the RTM
SRS installer with SQL 2012, you get a lot of errors.
Will I get the same error I use CRM install packages RTM + Rollup 6 or
Download the new installation media version 05.00.9690.1992. I do not want to reinstall CRM. The current version of
[MSCRM_CONFIG].[dbo].[ConfigurationMetadata]
as mentioned below
BuildVersion
----------------
5.0.9690.3731<o:p></o:p>
Please let me know still I have to get the below error and how can upgrade without any errors. Should I reinstall CRM.
