I just tried to download the producer for power point, and when I tried to do this, it showed me that it couldn't download it, saying that my office had failed and

This is on a desktop that i bought approximately 2-3 years ago, that has not being used by anybody else, that just went to a repair place to change the ventilation system, and that I have never had to reinstall anything. It's a Compaq presario.
I went and tried the tool described in other posts and it showed this...

As you see it's an OEM product, so the office came from Compaq. If you guys are saying that compaq is putting in desktops an illegal version of Office, then well, you shouldn't do business with them(well, with HP-Compaq, now, it's really an old computer)
