Hello Atiq313,
The Office Validation page and the mgadiag utility are not programmed to work with Office 2010.
Please see contact information for Microsoft Volume Licensing at www.microsoft.com/licensing, then be sure to choose the country/region you are in.

Dan at IT Associates:
Hello! I noticed that many people are having problems with the mgadiag utility and verifying Office 2010. I am not sure if MS has introduced a version of the tool later than 1.9.27.0 that adresses this problem?
One of the keys to the discussion and a common element of the resulting diagnostic file is the following bit:
Office Status: 109 N/A
What does this code actually mean from Microsoft's viewpoint !!
Some history:
In my case, I purchased "Office Professional 2010" in the standard retail store DVD disk packaging. This version, as per MS Licensing web page, allows you to install Office Professional 2010 on TWO devices. I believe their wording refers to the second installation as being on a portable device.
I found that, on several test systems, Office 2010 DOES VERIFY properly with the mgdiag utility on the first machine that it is installed on but not the second!
Office Status: 100 Genuine (first PC)
Office Status: 109 N/A (second PC)
I think we are seeing an issue that is affecting MANY regular "non pirate" customers that relates to a problem with Microsoft's Genuine Valadation software components that they will realize and fix in the near future. MS will issue a patch and posts to this forum will decrease related to this subject!

You can contact Microsoft Office Support directly for answers to questions that cannot be directly addressed in this predominately peer-to-peer forum.

Hello David5132,
By all means, please post the mgadiag report of any Office 2010 installation that is recognized by the utility.
