Why Microsfot.Crm.Application.Outlook.TelemetryService takes 50% CPU, even after you close Outlook

  Sometimes Microsfot.Crm.Application.Outlook.TelemetryService takes one core (on 2core it is 50%) and makes Outlook application amost no responsive.

  Can this be somehow disabled ?

  CMR 2016 SP1 on premise.
