ESP NT System Service Launcher Error message

  Some advice needed please, ever since I installed BigPond Internet security pack I have been getting the following error message;
  ESP NT System Service Launcher needs to close down etc etc, then I get the send, don’t send option. I sent the error report the first 5 or 6 times but as I've had no response from Microsoft I haven't bothered since. The error seems to appear when I’m changing web pages, even happened whilst I was posting this message, it doesnt effect the system in any way with the exception of the annoying factor of having to clear the error window. I've searched the microsoft database with no results. What the problem is ? Needless to say the BigPond helpdesk knew nothing about it Im running Windows XP Sp3
