Outlook stuck - loading profile/CRM 2011 not starting RRS feed

  • Hi Everybody,

    One of our customers run Outlook 2010 with the 32 bit CRM 2011 Outlook client, RUP16. For some weeks now we get a ton of complaints that Outlook won't start up anymore and gets stuck while 'loading profile' for minutes if it starts up at all. As we understand it, CRM and Outlook are now being processed separately but we only have this issue with Outlook users who are also CRM users.

    We have disabled all add-ins running in Outlook, including the CRM add-ins but only removing the organisation made Outlook start up reliably without getting stuck.

    Does anybody else have this problem? We have tried everything including invoking Microsoft's help.
