CRM 2011 IFD bad ticket error in logs RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I setup IFD on CRM 2011 and this is working, then we setup some outlook clients. When I look to trace I see many errors that authentication ticket is invalid. But users didnt report any error, and everything is working fine. Is there any chance to find what cause this error?

    Thanks

  • I did some research and found that this error is caused when there is request without cookie MSCRMSession. As I found this cookie is set by Outlook client. When I try to capture trafic from IE in request there is'nt cookie with this name but there is cookie with name MSISAUTH

Same problem here. Dynamics CRM 2011 + IFD + Outlook Clients. Any ideas?
