Windows 7 suddenly popping up - not running genuine Windows

Question
-
Suddenly I get a pop-up telling me that "This computer is not running genuine Windows" I have had the Sony laptop computer a couple years, It came with Windows 7 installed. I upgraded to "Professional" about a year ago and upgraded to a larger hard disk about six months ago (all legit) and all was fine until about 3 days ago.
Today I ran a registry checker and it found and fixed 10,000+ registry "problems." but I still get the pop-up.
I ran MGAdiag and got the following. PLEASE help.
Thanks.

:) - it's always possible that the drivers don't apply.... it's simply that they are the most common cure for the problem.
However, looking at the machine's specs, it may be able to take the newer IRST drivers.....
This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -
Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=21730
(you want the iata_enu.exe download)
Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

First- UNDO anything your registry 'cleaner' did - it's more likely to make any problem worse. If the program doesn't have an Undo option, use System Restore to get back to a point before you use it.

Thanks Noel!!!
I restored the registry to its state before the (PCtools) Registry Mechanic "cleaner." The download center lists four files, none of which list compatibility with Windows 7. Which should I use?

IATA88ENU.exe - The others are for use when installing Windows.

On no!
Running IATA88ENU results in:
"This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software" "Setup will exit."
It goes by very quickly but it looks like it exits when it tries to install Framework 4, but I could be wrong. In any case I am a developer using Visual Studio 2010 on this computer and Framework 4 was already installed and running.
HELP! (please)

The Download of IATA_ENU.EXE installed OK. I rebooted several times, crossed my fingers and ran the diagnostic and got the results below. I'm no expert, but it looks good to me. What do you think?
Thanks!
