What transnational volumes match the recommended Hardware Requirements for CRM 2013? RRS feed

    Hello all

    My IT department is asking me to confirm that the intended usage of our upcoming CRM installation will be sufficiently handled by the recommended hardware requirements by Microsoft.

    I guess my question is, what volumes of transactions, records etc do Microsoft assume when setting these recommendations for hardware?

    Hi Matt,

          The documents suggest the recommended hardware is for 320 users. It does not mention the number of transactions. I am not sure what kind of environment you are into and what is the average transaction / user in your organisation. It would entirely depend on that.
