My website was last crawled in February

Hi,

I have submitted my site cart.all4sourcing.com since last February. I always re-submit the updated sitemap every week through Webmaster Center. Today, I just realize that my site is only last crawled in 2-8-2009. The "Web Page" in "Crawl Issues" tab is "No data is available.". What is the problem? What else can I do to solve it.

you are currently ranked very low. Increase your rank and you will find we will increase the crawl rate and indexing of your site.

I am a little confused as to this forum. Is this a place for help from MS support people or is this a place for us to help each other? I got a message from someone that appeared to be from MS but when I replied with the info requested I haven't heard back. So maybe not many people are familiar with our issues or we are posting in the wrong place.
