What happened?

  Hi, I just restored a PC from the backup on WHS. Only the 'C' drive was set for backup, and not the three other drives. Everything went perfect, the 'C' drive was restored, but all the other drives were formatted with a lable: "System Reserved". Even the flash drive plugged into the USB port. What happened? Did I do something wrong? How do I prevent it from happening again? Thanks.
