    Has anyone gotten this problem solved. I have this happening on every computer that has Office 2007 installed, over 1000 computers. Its totally insane. As an admin user everything works fine as a regular user the cryptographic service fails. I would think there would be a simple solution for this!!

    Could you please elaborate more on the steps involved which lead to the Cryptographic Service failing? You mentioned this happens on a large number of computers. Is there a process you do which is the same for each computer which could be classified into a trend?
