My computer that i had purchased and installed windows live care on crashed and i had to get a whole new motherboard installed, all the while i was in the process of relocating. So now i practiacally have a new cpu in the covering of the old 1 that went bad. How can i possibly get my coverage back if i lost all of the information in the mist of all the confusion and drama? Is it even possible?

Install the OneCare trial from http://onecare.live.com and then activate (subscribe) using the LiveID that you originally subscribed with.

If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate with.
