    I have been unable to find end-note capability in WordPress website I am using to write a book . (fgherbert.com) Word 2012 has good end-note capability but when I transfer to WordPress, the end-note numbers disappear from the text. Does Windows Live Writer provide complete end-note transfer to a WordPress site?
