Your Product ID line shows that you are using an MSDN product key. Unless you are the subscriber who was issued this product key, it is invalid for your use.
Windows Product ID: 00426-068-3427453-86501
The 068 is the MSDN indicator. If you purchased a retail box the entire box and its contents is a counterfeit product. Many counterfeit copies are being sold on eBay and the Amazon Marketplace as well as various websites around the world. MSDN software is not-for-resale software and anyone selling it online is scamming. The product key is not a genuine retail PK. It is a genuine MSDN product key and so will activate and pass as genuine until it is blocked by Microsoft as an MSDN key in use by a nonsubscriber. It takes a while for MS to detect and complete processing of abused keys. The seller plans to be doing something else by then.
Pursue a refund for an item not as described immediately. Do not accept a replacement product key from the seller. It will be from the same source.

Buy a copy of Windows from a rock solid seller like the Microsoft Store or Amazon Corp (not an affiliate).

Thank you
does Microsoft take any responsibility for failing to identify this from the begining, when we buy from eBay or Amazon it would too late to come back to them for a refund, because the seller will be disappeared by then!!!
Now I need to puchase a new product key from Microsoft
When they for Country/Region does make it a diference if I selelct US or Australia, currently I am in Australia, but the US resgion price is less by $69!!

Microsoft didn't fail to identify a fake key because the key is not a fake, it is genuine. It is the usage that is invalid. The product key activates and passes validation until abuse gets Microsoft's attention.
Only the MSDN subscriber may use the product keys that are issued to him. It is not easy to detect that nonsubscribers are abusing a key. It is not the key but who is using it that is the problem.
Counterfeiters in China are producing the physical product and using MSDN subscriptions obtained by fraudulent means for the product keys that are printed on the yellow stickers on the cards inside the boxes. Since MSDN product keys permit multiple simultaneous activations and the crooks are careful not to oversell these too soon it takes months for the abuse to be flagged by Microsoft and then investigated. Only then is a key blocked. It is the multiple-activation feature of MSDN keys that makes them attractive to the crooks.
There are regional restrictions because of differences in prices. The restrictions are designed to prevent price dumping from one market to another. Price differences exist for complex reasons. I doubt that you can purchase directly from Microsoft US but you can try.
