livewriter 14.0.5025 beta install problems

  Tried installing the latest Beta since I'm a real fan of this package for my wordpress sites. Installer stalls at around 50% and then starts  to gobble up disk space on my c drive. Within 5 minutes had created 10Gb worth of temp files and no result. Anyone else had this issue? Previous technical review release works fine.  Running WinXP sp2.
