I have a problem with Kaspersky!
I have used it for several years but this time when I renewed my license it forced me to upgrade from 2016 to the 2017 version. I have it working fine on another windows 7 machine but not on this one.
The K help desk cannot help me as they say it is a .NET framework problem and that I have a component missing? I have 4.6.1 which used K2016 fine. We have tried several solutions, they gave me a beta 2018 to try, I have updated to .Net 4.7 and neither of
these work. The .NET error message tells me that I do not have .NET framework 4 or 4.5 and to load it directly, this I can't do as it says that I already have it installed!
When I try to go back to K2016 in a desperate attempt to load something it does load the application and it does say that the download has been successful but it will not open the application and it just hangs.
Any ideas?
