I forgot my old email address please help.

I'm trying to recover my old e-mail address and I forgot it. I do remember most of it it's; ASPyr97***L@outlook. com. I don't know how many characters it is. I want to recover my Facebook account with it. There has got to be something I could do I remember most of it. Please help.
