Issue with CRM 2011 User after Export/Import of organization on new server RRS feed

  • Recently moved an organization to a new SQL server and am experiencing an error with one user.  If you log into a computer as that user and browse to CRM for the moved organization, everything comes up and they can work with records, views, etc.  However, we have some external programs which also attempt to log in using the Directory Service, and, for that same user, the moved organization does NOT show up.

    Any insights or assistance in correcting this issue would be appreciated.

    Make sure CRM URL and credentials provided for application are for newly created CRM Organsation.
