Attendant Console and Hang Ups RRS feed

  • When using a SNOM phone (any variety) to call an individual with the Attendant Console, if the call is placed on hold it disconnects after 30 seconds with the following message displayed on the Attendant Console screen:

    Call was not completed or has ended
    An Unknown error has occurred. (ID: -2131637451)

    I can reproduce this at will. Note... problem does not occur with a Polycom Tanjay.

    The snom devices are not supported by Microsoft but by snom. I encourage you to bring this to their attention.

    In my opinion, this is an RTCP timer issue. They may not properly provide the RTCP packets when on hold.
