Mesh Stopped Synching

Question
-
Mesh thinks it is synchronizing, but it’s not. Let me explain what I see. My web browser is able to reach Mesh.com and I can sign in. I can see icons for each linked device. I see that my Work notebook and my personal notebook are on and linked. I also see that my home computer is turned off and not linked. In my Work machine, the local MESH application is online, blue (not gray) and happy. The rollover message on the tray icon is “Live Mesh is currently online. You are connected to your Mesh.” So, I am connected to Mesh.com, BUT nothing has synchronized for five days. Going through the Mesh file Sychronization Troubleshooting Steps, I reached the final option of deleting and then re-synchronizing the Mesh folder. That is, under Managing Mesh folders, one deletes the file from the local machine and then sets Mesh to synch up with the local machine and the full contents of the folder download. Except, when I went to manage the Mesh Folders, the Mesh Operating Environment (MOE) gave an error message "Could not stop synchronizing folder with one or more devices on your mesh. Request to MOE failed with status code: 503 Service Not Available" So, my conclusion is that Mesh thinks it is synchronizing, but it’s not.
Any ideas?

Ultimately, I did re-install MESH only to learn that my office firewall was somehow interfering with MESH. From that day until today, our Network Administrator fiddled with the settings to open up MESH again. This morning when I arrived, MESH was grayed out entirely. About two hours ago, the magic took hold. And a week of syncing took place.

When I've encountered this, I've rebooted and sometimes that gets it kick started again. In the worst case, a reinstall of the client on that device typically works.
If you don't want to reinstall the client, and a simple reboot doesn't solve it, filing a bug report with logs would be the way to go.
How to Submit Bugs and Live Mesh Logs
Note that you probably won't get a response to the bug report, though. It will be transferred to the internal system to be assigned to the appropriate development group.
