I don't think there is an option to go back. Would it help if you remove non-necessary menu items, ribbon buttons and data fields from forms so that user don't get overwhelmed by new look and feel.

Hi,
If you are looking for old navigation i.e. 2011 then it is only available for non-refreshed entities. i.e. mostly for setting area.

Hi Benni,
I am not sure we can go back to old menu but there is a way to move top menu and make it a left navigation menu. Here is how you can do it.
Best of Luck !!!!

I agree with you Benni,
I thought, I was the only one facing issues navigating through different sections of CRM 2013. Could it be that we are not used to it?

Unfortunately, the new "enhanced" navigation is completely unpractical

I haven't tried this personally, but this looks like a neat alternative to having an easier to navigate sitemap in 2013.

This is probably the same thing, it's basically a 'flat' version of the whole sitemap.
