windows 10 ODBC connection to mdb database. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Have a VB executable that uses ODBC connection to access mdb database's  data, when the executable runs

I get the following error 'Business object cannot be created. (4100)'

as far as I can tell MSDAC, OLe DB and ado are all installed in c:/Program files (x86)/Common Files/System.

I am running on Windows 10, 64 bit.

Is this a VB6 (use this forum) or VB.NET project?
