A computer in my office recently started showing the message that its copy of windows is not genuine - I think it may have started after we had a power outage a couple weeks ago. It passes the validation procedure on www.microsoft.com/genuine and it says "Thank you for completing the validation process and for using genuine Microsoft software." But the popup message that says it's not genuine still pops up every time I start the computer. This is what the diagnostic tool gave me, and the "resolve" button was not available after I ran the tool:
