  • HI

I have just joined a firm as a business analyst for MS Dynamics Solutions. I am new to this field and this is my first job . every one around talks about "out of the box" functionality and term these functionality as those which are available in MS dynamics. Can you please guide me what exactly "Out of the box " is? and why is it called out of the box when its available in MS dynamics??

  • Hi,

Some functionalities are built in for CRM, and is called Out of Box. Mean that, when you install it for the first time (open the box!) these functionalities exist and are ready to use. Have a look at this link.
