  • Sure, use scribe.  www.scribesoft.com

    They have an MSCRM adapter and They might also have one for salesforce.

    Regardless of adapters you can use scribe to connect to any system (migration or even full integration) that exposes data web services.

    Check CozyRoc SSIS+ library here. It includes adapters for both Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. All three deployment types are supported and the performance is really nice.
