How do I Transfer video classes and mail history from Windows live 2012 to Outlook Mail

  I have purchased 3 video classes from Crafty using Windows 7 and Windows Live 2012. How can I transfer these classes  to Outlook Mail so that I can use these classes. Also I have mail  that I have saved in many folders I would also like to transfer this information to Outlook so that I can access these folders.
