Working Copy of SQL Server 2008 VHD with Windows Server 2008

Question
-
I am planning to learn SQL 2008 with Windows Server 2008. I am looking out for a working VHD. I have a system windows XP and another with Vista. Am trying to see if I can find a VHD that works on any of these?
Downloading the trial software and installing it, that is possble, I want to have a VHD so that I can start practising directly without running into installation issues.

I don't know of any ready to use virtual systems of SQL Server 2008 that microsoft offers. So as far as I know, you have to install all yourself (But that is not that bad. An installation is not that time consuming).
Interesting links:
- Free eBook to SQL Server 2008 R2: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=189147

The ready-to-use VHD can be downloaded here:
However, it requires Hyper-V, so you won't be able to use it on your Windows XP and Windows Vista machines.
Building yur own VM has been mentioned in a previous thread:
