  Why would you buy an product from Microsoft if they won't stand behind the product. I bought streets and trip 2010,2011,2013 and been working fine. Due to an update from them which cause all three mot to work again due to error. When contact they  refuse to fix the problem without a product code when they can see this are not trial programs. I am on a road trip for the summer and used the maps. I do not carry all my software with me on the road. I stuck for now until I find another mapping tool. Will not buy their product again.
