How to work Microsoft Dynamics CRM2011 in Firefox or Chrome??

  No it does not.
  As per implementation guide, CRM will run only on Internet explorer 7 and 8 (and newer version).

  It is supposed to be release the CRM support with Safari and Chrome next year but still not Firefox.

  Support for browsers other than Internet Explorer is coming in the "Polaris" release currently slated for  December 2012

  Just install the Firefox plugin "IE TAB", restart your browser and add you Dynamics Server in the list (something like "http://HostName_or_ip_of_dynamics_server/*").
