Limiting access to Cases CRM 2013 RRS feed

    I have a requirement to fit the following scenarios regarding security roles, bus and teams within CRM:

    - Everyone should have access to core records

    - Users should be able to create / write Case records and view others records

    - Some Cases should be limited to a certain team so only members of that team can view those records and associated activities but still be able to see all other Cases in the system

    - Ideally some Cases should also be limited to a singe user. Generally those users will be a member of the secure team.

    One way to possibly achieve this would be to have everyone within one business unit and create a second secure bu containing a team. Members of that team could have organisational privileges (or could make this bu a parent having parent child privileges) whilst the actual security role of all users can have bu privileges.

    Any advice on the best way to structure teams/ business units in this scenario?
