I am receiving this error message at the very end of the installation. This is a brand new installation using the following:

Hyper-V VM running Win2012

Everything is installed on the same box(AD/IIS/SQL2012/MSCRM 2011)

Action Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.ImportDefaultDataAction failed.
Timeout expired. The timeout period elaspsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.
The wait operation timed out

May be increase the OLEDBTimeOut and try.

Remember , UR-13 Microsoft officially supports Windows Server 2012, so perhaps the server installer supports it. The web download installer is slip-streamed with UR-6 but that won't install on Windows Server 2012 without some configuration.
