Match Code Updates in Waiting status RRS feed

  • i just checked the system logs and there are 50 plus instances of Matchcode update for Account, Contact and Leads all sitting in a wait status, meanwhile i can not get my imports to run as they are sitting in wait status. i checked with our microsoft tech and he confirmed that Active Synch was running. i am at a loss as to what to do to get my imports to run.

  • You're after the asynchronous service, not Active Sync but assuming this is running try a restart. If that fails, get Microsoft involved.
