Ok, so I have a problem, whenever I open my control panel it quickly flashes and dissappears. Also nothing happens when I check out my computer properties. I did a bit of research and found a out that the Software Licensing Service was causing the trouble. The temporary fix was to stop it, and then start it again. So, I want a permanent fix to this problem, can anybody help me????Thursday, April 10, 2008 9:36 PM

Hello the.nguyen.is,
The symtoms that you describe do sound allot like, what we call, "Soft RFM" (Reduced Functionality Mode) but your Diagnostic Report does not show any Activation or Validation issues, so I do not believe the issue is being caused by Vista's Licensing Protection systems.
The best way to confirm this is by installing Service Pack 1 for Vista. In SP1, "Soft RFM" has been removed from Vista's Licensing Protection systems. So, if you install SP1 and you no longer experiencing the issue, then you know it was actually caused by some sort of Licensing issue, that I did not see. But, if you still experience the issue, after installing SP1, you know the issue is not being caused by Vista's Licensing Protection systems and that the symtoms just happen to appear similar to "Soft RFM".
If you do still experience the issue after installing SP1, I suggest going to http://support.microsoft.com for additional Vista support option.
Service Pack 1 for Vista can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b0c7136d-5ebb-413b-89c9-cb3d06d12674&DisplayLang=en
Thank you,
