Reinstalling One Care but it doesn't see my subscription RRS feed

  • I had to reimage my PC. I went out and loaded One Care again and the installation went fine. But when I log in with the exact same Windows Live ID it doesn't show that I have a subscription. How can I get it to activate to my subscription?

  • If entering the LiveID does not show a subscription, it is likely not the same LiveID.

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
