Sending files from device to server

  Dear All,

   

  I am working on my first mobile device application and have decided to use Windows Mobile 6

  with Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2.

   

  Basically, it is a database application and i need to send data to and from the company web server. I will need to send text files both ways.

   

  What options do i have within mobile 6 to do this As i say, i'm new to mobile programming so some direction or sample source code would be ideal
