CRM online, version - 2013
As ClickDimensions is having limitation to send email only to primary email, we have set up email configuration directly in CRM(Server side Synchronization).
In DEV environment , I have added SendEmail task in Workflow and when workflow is triggered I got email.
But in UAT, I have set up EmailConfiguration in the same manner as DEV -When I tested outgoing email it is working fine -I got email. From Workflow -I see that workflow succeeded but emails not sent out. [In the workflow log -I see status succeeded].
Note: In DEV , ClickDimensions is not configured. In UAT ClickDimensions has been setup -that is the only difference.
