Just purchased course and can't download RRS feed

    Hi.

    Just purchased course Collection 5404.   I can't download the modules.  Downloads start and then I get a popup

    "Download error"

    Error requesting file http://offline.microsoftlearning.com/themes/olp/Oolp.ico HTTP:/1.1 403 Forbidden returned from remote server.

    This is really aggravating...Did I just throw out $191?   I need to be able to download these modules.
