Incoming email in CRM gets blank regarding RRS feed

  • Hi everyone,

    I need suggestions or guidance on a issue as explained below:

    Scenario: When a email is send from MS CRM 2015 (IFD) either by user or a queue to customer, which has regarding field value. On the same email when customer replies back we see that email has blank regarding field.

    Email router configuration - Server Side Synch for both Incoming and Outgoing.

    Please let me know your valuable suggestions to get this resolved.
