one of our users managed to send a direct email to all of our customers. I am trying to stop it but i cannot find any trace of the ones yet to be sent. i had to stop the crm email router so it would stop sending out. there are no "pending send"
email messages when i do an advanced find. they generate when the previous one is done.
help! it sent to 20,000 customers already during the weekend.
CRM 2011 on-premise. user used CRM for outlook to create the direct send.
