    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Microsoft.Crm.MainApplication.Application_Error(Object sender, EventArgs eventArguments)

    I am not getting any clue that what is wrong?

    Any help will be appreciated.

  • In logfile generated by rollup 12 I see entries like this

    The file E:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics Crm\Server\Bin\ CrmAsyncService.exe is being held in use. Close that application and retry.

    There are so many entries like this.

  • try shutting off the Async service and then try again.

  • Microsoft released a standalone file for Updating Rollback. Find yours on the following link (depends on 32/64 bit).
