After Windows Update my Vista is not genuine

Question

I've tried the solutions here http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinevista/thread/00bf537e-b792-4fa2-b08c-7c8c532827aa, but still the error survives. I don't know how long this happens cos im not the one using the computer. I used the CMD method but the problems seems to be that the CMD cannot find the tokens.dat to rename. Here my diagnostics report:

You have a Trusted Store Tamper – and an In Memory Mod-Auth Tamper present in your installation. The probability is that it’s the result of a malware infestation of some kind – you need to update your Anti-Virus and run a full scan, then download, install, update and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org) free version – do NOT enable the real-time protection – and run a Full System scan in your main user account, and a Quick scan in all other accounts. Then post back with a new MGADiag report, and details of the number and type of infections found.

I have the same problem. The only thing I can work with is my internet browser. Other than that the only thing I have is a black screen. So I cant run malewarebytes or even do a system restore. What can I do to get rid of this?Sunday, August 28, 2011 2:18 AM

You can run the download direct, and post the results here – but in your OWN thread, please.
