Different Location Profiles in the same user pool

  I have read that you can use the OC group policy to change the location profiles of users in the same pool in ocs. But when I jump into group policy editor i can't find a matching policy. The closest one I can find is "Default location context for phone". Is that the correct one to use to change the Location profile via Group policy. If it is what do I put into the definition area. If not, what is the correction item to edit?
