Where can I download the 2010 CTP?

Question
-
I must be missing something because I visit the page to download the 4.0 Sync Framework CTP and in step 2 of the instructions it says to click download to download the MSI file, but there doesn't appear to be an actual link to SyncFX-v4.0-October2010CTP.msi anywhere:
Step 2: Install Sync Framework 4.0 October 2010 CTP by downloading and running SyncFx-v4.0-October2010CTP.msi. Click Download to download the MSI file.

if you click on the Downloads on the upper left side of the Connect site, you should see something like this which directs you again to the actual downloads:
Step 2: Install Sync Framework 4.0 October 2010 CTP by downloading and running SyncFx-v4.0-October2010CTP.msi. (In the download page, scroll down to the bottom and you will see the download button of v4.0 CTP bits!)
and the downloads will be at the bottom.

goto this page:
download the "Download instructions.mht", open it and you will be directed to a survey, after you finish the survey, the page will show a download link to the Sync V4 2010 Oct. CTP.
