windows not genuine RRS feed

  • Question

  • So i bought this computer second hand and it works fine except it keeps saying windows is not genuine and im wondering how i am able to fix this. I am unable to connect to the wifi and i dont know if this has anything to do with it. I feel it may be a problem now or in the near future so i would like to get this fixed. I dont know if its something the previous owner did to the computer or just a slight malfunction. If you could get back to me with some help as soon as possible that would be much appreciated. Thank you.

  • MGA Diagnostic Report is Required:

To properly analyze, diagnose and solve problems with Windows Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012)

    Once downloaded, run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, after a short time, the Continue button will change to a Copy button.

Click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either Right-click or Paste, or CTRL+V) into your post.
