Windows XP - WGA kit: System meltdown - incorrect product key - WGA Kit with no key RRS feed

  • Question

  • Dear Supporter,

further below you will find the diagnostic report. In August 2006 I purchased a WGA Kit. Looking at the COA at the back of the cover it says no key. In the cover I had a handwritten note containing a key that I now used to install WXP Prof. Eng. on my newly bought system. Apparently this turns out to be an incorrect key. Unfortunately I cannot retrieve any e-mails regarding this order (102097218) as my old system is a total loss.  Now I do not want to purchase a new license as I already paid for this one. The details on the corrected invoice dating from 12.01.2007 are as follows (translated from Dutch):

    MS Ordernr. 102097218
    Orderdate 20.08.2006
    Deliveryslip 2001410707

The invoice was made out to me:

    Toni Schulz
    Schiebroekselaan 14

I sincerly hope you are able to solve my issue and provide me with the correct key.

Thank you very much for your support in advance.

    Kind Regards,
